Shalini Ganju is a Soft Skill Corporate Trainer, with more than 20 years of work experience across Travel, Hospitality, Entrepreneurship and E-Commerce, Shalini has recently forayed into the training space. Having acquired life skills on the job by default, Personality Development and Communication Skills are at the core of her learnings, urging her to push the envelope and put it to official use.
With the aim of expanding her horizons, Shalini streamlined her skills and obtained a certification as a soft skill trainer to be able to facilitate seamlessly. Her certification covers the realms of Personality Development, Communication Skills, and Interpersonal relations to name a few.
A Graduate in Economics from Mumbai University, Shalini has studied Japanese as a foreign language, adding yet another feather to her already versatile hat.
From working in the Travel and tourism industry, to moving into Entrepreneurship which involved independently running a manufacturing unit, manufacturing garments for Fab India. Carrying out Quality Checks, timely production schedules, managing and leading 50 workers and other related tasks contributed to a huge learning, which can now be leveraged to help other professionals upscale their performance towards achieving a successful career graph. To venturing into the e-commerce space, e-tailing jewellery through market place portals like Flipkart, E-bay, Snapdeal, Shalini spearheaded each project with the ease of excellence.
Honing in on her vast and varied experience, Shalini developed life skills through her professional journey and has decided to take on the challenge that will help her grow beyond the traditional walls of corporate training by imparting knowledge through unconventional means.
