More than 13 years of working experience in various profiles in academics and corporate organizations. Academically, have a Ph.D. (Management) along with a B.Tech (Chemical Engg) and an MBA (Operations and Marketing). Partnered and work in a consultancy & training firm (www.pinkguava.org) in “Customer Experience Management” to support organizations in their journey for greater customer engagement by bringing in customer perspective and behaviors for driving growth. We support small to mid-tier organizations in firming up their “Customer Experience Strategy” through customized research studies, training among various tools for it.
I also support as a Mentor, advisor and also work through academic associations with B-Schools in Delhi/NCR.
Have extensive experience in project management, consulting in customer experience/satisfaction, sustainability research.
