Beginning of her career was with frontline retail sales and channel management in GE capital, followed by developing and managing team for finance retail products for ICICI associates. Her natural flair in public speaking and presentation skills, presented her with many opportunities as guest faculty in various B-schools like ICFAI, Luthra institute of management, Mass communication institute etc and then as fulltime faculty with South Gujarat university. Sourcing Market research projects for a Pune based KPO in overseas markets, gave her an edge in B2B marketing. Her drive for trainings, made her foray into corporate trainings as branch trainer for Bharti- Axa life insurance and as area training head in TATA- Aig life insurance. Wherein she was responsible for conducting induction and soft skill trainings for manager to AVP, along with managing 6 branches of south Gujarat with a team of 7 trainers. Her role included strategizing, designing and executing structured training road maps aligned to business needs.
As a fulltime and freelance corporate trainer, she has imparted trainings to more than 3000 participants of not only insurance sector but also banking, retail, automobile and government sectors. She also has developed end-to-end EDP programs for South Gujarat Chamber of commerce, which certified more than 100 small and medium scale entrepreneurs, in varied age brackets of 30- 50 yrs.Hardcore sales and insurance training, makes her excel in trainings that aim at measureable outcomes. Having trained audience of frontline to senior managerial levels with various training programs like Leadership, negotiation, sales skills, team management, personal performance enhancement etc, makes it very easy to connect people at all levels and gives her and edge in coaching employees to deliver and grow in their role and domain.
