“A Socratic Leadership Skills developer and an instructional designer, I am an Associate Certified Coach (ACC-ICF). A keen and curious observer of human behaviour, I am also certified in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP). I believe that storytelling will positively impact learning in training sessions so I also became a certified Storyteller. Art is another skill and passion that I use in facilitation & coaching as a tool for self-exploration and expression.
I am the founder of Skills Infinitum, a people development organization that facilitates skill development of individuals and organizations through coaching, in person interventions and e-learning. I coach corporate leaders as well as changemakers from various NGOs.
I have served two terms on the Leadership board of the ICF Delhi NCR Chapter as the Director for Communication and Marketing, managing the chapter’s social media presence, communication and publications. I was also the editor of the chapter’s communique Going Beyond.
For the past 19 years, I have worked with individuals and teams at all levels, facilitating learning and coaching at organizations and NGOs. I have also been a speaker/panellist at various events at ICF Delhi NCR Chapter, NHRD (India) and Mindfulness Leadership Summit, India.
Using instructional design learning theories and techniques I have designed and executed need-based Small Group programs and Large Group Interventions in Communication Personal Leadership, Personal Branding, Assertiveness, Feedback, Interpersonal Effectiveness, Time Management, Change Management, Negotiation Skills, Conflict Management, Transactional Analysis, Emotional Intelligence, Client Management and Team Integration.
I have undergone Steven Covey’s Seven Habits of Highly Effective People, Program Management Fundamentals and Measuring Effectiveness in training. I have also worked with many print and electronic media houses as a reporter, sub editor, news producer and anchor.”
